Private & Duet Sessions
Private sessions are available at your home, office or London-based studio. Private instruction is particularly beneficial if you are:
– undergoing rehabilitation for an injury
– an athlete
– new to exercise
– looking for targeted results
If you would prefer to exercise with a partner or friend, semi-private sessions are also available.

Due to its health benefits and the fact that it can be practised by almost anyone, Pilates classes make a great addition to any company’s wellness programme. Sessions can be scheduled at your workplace (space permitting) with the aim of helping your employees relieve both the physical and psychological stresses of the average work day, through low-impact exercise. Pilates’ emphasis on developing strength, flexibility and a healthy posture particularly helps to address the ergonomic issues that come with working in an office environment. Group Pilates can also function as a fantastic team-building activity, with sessions being both fun and inclusive.
